Love's Touch at R Applegate Farm

Enjoy the sounds of nature at this unique resting spot, built in 2022. We are less than 20 mins from Fort Knox Main Gate and 30 mins from Louisville Intl Airport. Whether you are dipping a line in the pond, watching the sunset from the dock, or searching for geodes by the brook, you'll be able to step away from the busyness of life and take a deep breath of country air. Although the bed space is typical for 5 guests, we can supply a twin air mattress and linens for a 6th guest if requested. The space Love's Touch is an apartment that provides guests with their own entrance and living space. It sits near a beautiful pond, providing great views from the bedrooms, living room, and front porch. Although it is part of the main building on the property, Love's Touch is separated from the main farm home by a wide garage. Love's Touch has it's own parking spot and entrance. Additional parking is also available if needed. Guest access In addition to the living space, guests are free to roam around the front of the farm property. This includes around the pond, along the creek, or outside the fenced pasture. We do have some cattle and a friendly horse that enjoy greeting visitors at times. Other things to note Fishing is catch and release with your own tackle. Depending on the season, certain spots at the farm are beautiful locations for photos. We hope you can enjoy the beauty here as much as we do. In addition, we have provided Sling Tv for your enjoyment. It can be accessed on the 50" television in the living room.
