Family house with pool near the fair

Our house - from the year 2022 - impresses with a beautiful view, large garden and pool with cover. We would recommend the house to a family with up to 4 children. Due to its proximity to the Hannover/Laatzen Exhibition Grounds (about 10 minutes by car), it can of course also be used for event or trade fair visitors. *Current* In short, there are more sleeping places / houses available in the house and around the house. For larger events of about 20 or more guests, simply submit a request. The space The house consists of a large entrance area with access to the living room, guest toilet and the boys' children's room The stairs lead to the main bathroom, the 2 children's rooms and the parents' bedroom with its own shower, and balcony. Guest access All rooms are freely accessible except for the technical room/utility room and a storage room on the upper floor. These are locked. Therefore, the washing machine / laundry room in the annex can be used if necessary. Other things to note There is a "ring" doorbell. This is connected to the camera and microphone (outside) via our phones and unfortunately cannot be turned off. --- It is basically not a party location, requests for moderate JGAs or smaller events are possible but only against a deposit, and possibly an increased cleaning fee.
