The space This adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in the historic district and is attached to the beautiful Memorial Park featuring plentiful green spaces, 1/3 mile walking track, and a playground. Walk out one of your two french doors and you have the largest side yard in Sumter. 2 spacious king bedrooms with blackout drapes, and a playful kids room with 2 single beds. The king bed downstairs is open to living room and kitchen. The kids room is thoughtfully designed with young travelers in mind. Your little ones will love having their own space to unwind and rest after a day of adventures in the park. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures and provide all the amenities you need for a refreshing shower or a relaxing soak in the jetted tub.
