Strategically located in a quiet residential area north of Rome and with excellent connections, you can easily reach the city center and at the same time be away from the hustle and bustle. The living area is a welcoming and inviting space where you can relax. Relax on the private balcony or on the sofa, you will feel right at home! The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, with fresh, clean linens. You will find enough space at your disposal to store all your clothes and personal items! The apartment also has a pleasant private balcony with a romantic table and blackout curtains for more privacy! The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. You'll find a basic supply of detergents along with bath towels, one set for each guest. The kitchen is complete and simple to use to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast. Upon arrival, you will find my house professionally cleaned. You can use the washing machine and drying rack that are available. ...and the children? Children are welcome. For our little guests, we have the following available upon request, to be paid directly upon arrival (total cost 10 euros per day): - camping cot; - high chair; - "super light" stroller. In addition, you will always find cutlery for the little ones, bibs and books. Other things to note To offer all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following: - Check-in between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. upon request, depending on availability, it is possible to agree on a different time. Late check-in from 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. requires the payment of a supplement, to be paid in cash upon arrival equal to 25 EUR (from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) or 35 EUR (from 10:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.); - check-out before 10:00 a.m. upon request, depending on availability, it is possible to agree on a different time; - Please respect the house and the people living in the building (avoid noise between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.). - Guests will be required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in for registration with the Italian security authorities. - For each stay, guests will find a basic supply of bed linen and towels based on the number of guests, personal care detergents and toilet paper; for medium-long stays, there is no supply or change of linen during the stay. - The Wi-Fi password is on the side of the white router.
