It comprises an attractive 27 m² living room with fireplace, open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a 10 m² garden and a 20 m² terrace. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A living room of 27 m² with TV, fireplace, sofa and a dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... Night area: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and connected TV. - A shower room. - Separate toilet. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A north-facing garden of about 10 m², enclosed by a fence and a gate. You will also benefit from garden furniture (table, chairs, armchairs, parasol and electric plancha) to enjoy the beautiful days. Other things to note Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. However, wifi in rural areas can cause connection problems that are beyond our control: sometimes slow or absent when there are disruptions (work in the area to install fibre optic cables, etc.). - The fireplace is functional.
