This home was fully renovated and furnished in 2023 with high-end finishes and furnishings. The pool is optionally heated, to heat, please submit a request in advance using the portal link provided after booking. The fee is $100/day betwen April-September. $150/day between October-March. Please request at least 2 days in advance of your check-in to ensure pool is warm prior to your arrival. A 3-day minimum is required to heat the pool. Other things to note Although there are safety locks on the doors of the home which lead directly to the outdoor pool, PLEASE supervise at all times and be mindful of your children and those who cannot swim. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Sedona is a a Dark Sky Community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Absolutely NO smoking anywhere on the property - inside or outside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
