Step into the open-plan kitchen/dining and living area, you’ll be greeted by a bright, airy, and tastefully decorated space. The seamless blend of these areas creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect haven for relaxation and unwinding. A large flat-screen TV and complimentary WiFi are available, providing ample entertainment options and connectivity. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your self-catering holiday needs, featuring a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. A dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 guests is also available. Upstairs, you'll discover two sophisticated bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers a cosy single bed. Both bedrooms provide ample storage space, ensuring a clutter-free and comfortable stay. A contemporary, fresh white, family bathroom with an over-the-bath shower completes this lovely holiday home. The region is home to some of the world's greatest links, including the largest concentration of Championship courses anywhere in the world - such as Muirfield, The Renaissance Club, and Gullane, all just a short drive away. In addition, North Berwick West Links is located on your doorstep, providing you with convenient access to this exceptional course. North Berwick has its own railway station, offering an hourly service that takes only 25 minutes to reach the centre of Edinburgh. Parking Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex, as restrictions are set by the local council and may change seasonally and from year to year. We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. Unfortunately, parking availability and enforcement are outside our control, and we are not able to assist with parking arrangements on the day of check-in - Book now: To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable – after this date the booking will be fully non-refundable. A £150 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival and refunded after departure. The front door opens onto the open plan living/dining kitchen area.
