Nestled in the glorious Herefordshire countryside, our comfortable home offers extensive gardens with outdoor seating and dining areas, a sports field, and a large paddock surrounded by blueberry fields. Located close to Ledbury and stunning walks in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Malvern, Hereford, Gloucester, Worcester, Hay-on-Wye. The space Our beautiful Arts & Crafts house features charming period details and modern comforts, making it perfect for all seasons. The large, bright, oak-framed kitchen boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious table that seats 10 people, and an Aga that keeps the kitchen cosy from October to March (switched off in the summer months). Adjacent to the kitchen is a large children's playroom, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained which also includes an extendable mahogany dining table that seats 12. The house sleeps 9 adults in comfort. With bunks and a luxury sofa bed, we can accommodate family groups up to 12. We are fully equipped with cots, high chair etc for additional infants. Unwind in the formal drawing room with a grand piano and open fire or relax in the family sitting room with a large smart TV and wood burner. Enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplaces in winter and the beautiful gardens in summer. Our extensive garden is a highlight of the property, featuring a wild garden and orchard, croquet lawn, sports field with cricket practice pitch, and paddock. Enjoy the serene valley and garden views during your stay.
