Our apartment ideal for families or a group of friends, situated in a central (yet very quiet) area of ​​Zakynthos city center. Its ideal location allows you easy access to the most beautiful areas of the island and the best bars & restaurants of Zante town (which are just 3-5 mins away on foot). The space This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. It consists of: - three bedrooms, two with king size beds and another one with queen bed - one full bathroom and one wc (with toilet and sink) - spacious open plan living room and kitchen area An extra folding guest bed can also be put in the living room for a 7th guest. It is on the 1st floor (there is a lift in the building) and has its own private balcony which expands across the living room and the two bedrooms. Guest access The apartment is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning (on all areas) • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy means: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
