The space 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with three separate spaces to unwind. Main floor consists of the two bedrooms, living room, dining room, full bathroom with tub, full kitchen, two breakfast nooks. Bedroom 1: Boho inspired room which includes a California King bed with a comfy mattress and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden. Bedroom 2: Black and white room which includes two twin beds and soft plush carpeting. Living room equipped with two luxury deep velvet couches that you’ll instantly fall asleep in. Dining Room: round dining table seated for 4 people and 3 seat nook. Cocktail station for preparation of drinks. Kitchen: fully equipped to whip up a home cooked meal. Coffee bar: Keurig and Herbal tea included. 2nd Floor: private setting with two queen beds and a workspace. Lower Level: secluded with a King sized bed, two walk-in closets, full bathroom with a tub, and a washer and dryer. Property: unwind on the porch in the egg chair and listen to the trickling of the waterfall and Koi pond. Explore the countless varieties of flowers and plants throughout the yard. Guest access Entire home, excluding garage. Other things to note Smoking, vapes or other prohibited activities inside or outside of the home will be subject to a fine, cleaning fee or both. Additional guests that are not on the reservation are prohibited to enter the property or the exterior of the home. We have 3 ring cameras posted on the exterior of the property on the front door, garage and back porch. These cameras are on and recording 24/7. Guests agree to House Rules in their entirety upon booking. We require the guest to provide a copy of photo ID and confirmation that they’ve read and agree to house rules before checking into the property.
