The apartment Enzian with lake and mountain view from every window, offers on 40 m² a living room with pull-out couch for one person, a dining area including fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom with double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet & hairdryer. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Rosenhof and has its own 10 m² terrace, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains. The space Sleeping: The cozy bedroom have a comfortable double bed and offers generous storage for your luggage. Living: In the light-flooded living room with sofa, media area with flat-screen TV, cozy dining area and open kitchen-cum-living room you can linger not only in bad weather. Free WLAN is available here and throughout the Rosenhof. The fully equipped kitchenette has, among other things, a 2-plate stove and extractor hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee capsule machine with milk frother, a kettle, a toaster, basic crockery and cutlery, and cleaning utensils. Bathroom: You will find a modern and adequately equipped bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Terrace: From the bedroom you can reach your own 10 m² terrace, with direct access to the communal garden and the lake. From there you have a unique panoramic view of the Tyrolean Alps and the beautiful Thiersee.
