Located across the bridge from Michigan Tech and only a few miles from beaches and trails, you'll have access to all of your interests here. The space You'll have full access to the house except a utility closet. Upstairs bedrooms have window air conditioning units with multiple fans for downstairs. The porch captures most of the heat and the rest of the house stays pretty cool. **Please note** We are located along Lincoln Dr (US-41) and the snowmobile trail. I would hate to lose your business because of it, but I would rather make sure you are happy with your stay. If you are a very light sleeper, other accommodations might be better suited for your needs. The front bedroom has a sound machine and during the summer, a window air conditioning unit that can help with some white noise. Guest access Please enjoy our home. There is a fenced in backyard. If you plan on spending time back there, please bring camping/bag chairs Other things to note There are three bedrooms, two have queen sized beds but one of them had a day bed/trundle set up.
