Spend time relaxing at this peaceful cottage in Drake subdivision with access to 246 acre Van Auken Lake. The cottage is not lakefront but it’s a short walking distance to the dock and lake. Cottage features an attached screen in porch, large yard and fire pit. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake, watching Michigan nature, or driving a short distance to South Haven, St Joe’s Silver Beach, or Saugatuck. Enjoy Lake Michigan beaches, shops, restaurants, and wineries. The space This cottage has beautiful screen in porch. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, Keurig/coffee pot, pots/pans, and plenty of dishes. There is a gas grill on the deck. There are two separate bedrooms with full size beds. The living room coach is a futon for sleeping. I provide bed linens, and bathroom towels. The small bathroom has a shower stall. We have board games, puzzles, and HD TV with Fire TV along with a DVD player and movies. We have yard games available upon request and campfire wood for a fire.
