Bedroom: A comfortable double bed with 140x200, pillows, extra blanket and iron. Living Room: Sofa, air conditioning and a Smart TV (you can access Netflix with your own account). Dining or work table included in the space overlooking a garden. Kitchenette: Fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. Full bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper). Additional Amenities: Washer and dryer. Fast Wi-Fi ideal for teleworking available in the apartment. Guest Access To ensure a smooth check-in, we ask that you let us know your expected arrival time at least 1 hour in advance, as we do not have a reception on site. Checkout must be completed by 11 a.m. Check-in after 8 p.m.: Performed automatically through access codes that will be provided in a timely manner. Accessibility: The building has an elevator. However, please note that there are 5 steps at the entrance to the building and 2 steps inside the apartment. Elevator available in the building Guest access All our guests have access to the entire apartment area. Other things to note 1 - All guests will be requested including children prior to check-in identification data according to EU rules and regulations: Full Name Date of birth Passport number or other identity document Nationality 2 - As an apartment with check-in only in person, we inform you that it is from 8:00 pm. 3- We need to be informed 1 hour in advance of the arrival time since we have no reception and we have to go to the building . 4 - We can provide a pack & play crib with included bedding (subject to availability) for a cost of €10, payable in cash at check-in 5 - Estimated guest access to the apartment is made only by keys, so please note that whenever you close the door the keys should never stay inside the apartment, let alone in the lock . If such a situation occurs we will have to request the door opening by an expert who has a cost of €60 Forgetting the keys inside the apartment implies a trip with the cost paid at the time in cash in the amount of 25€. The loss of keys involves a cost of €25 6 - Air Conditioning Works in Stations mode: The eco-friendly air-conditioning works in 2 modes: The summer mode between the months of April and the end of October and winter mode between November and March. These modes cannot be changed and can only select temperature and intensity . 7- The entrance to the building has 5 steps. Within the apartment there are 2 steps. 8 - For reservations of more than 7 nights, towels will be changed and the property will be inspected; this is mandatory and non-negotiable.
