Quiet and secluded, with its garden shaded by olive trees, fully enclosed by walls. Private swimming pool (and not just a pool) with secure access - Dimensions 7 x 4 x 1.60 deep. The architecture of the house allows families or friends to live together completely independently (3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, on each level). The space Having a pied-à-terre in the area is a childhood dream, and this vacation home was a real favorite (13 years ago!). We have furnished and equipped it for our personal use, which explains its warm and authentic side, far from the sanitized universes, reserved only for rental. Laundry room *Main level: living room (approx. 25 m²); fully equipped kitchen with island and high chairs (25 m²); large bedroom 20 m² with double bed (160 x 190) - possibility of baby bed loan; bathroom with shower and bathtub; separate toilet. *Level 1 accessible by a Japanese step staircase: Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 each); Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190); Shower room and toilet.
