Cabin in Redwood

Unplug and unwind at our rustic, peaceful and private cabin. It sits on a steep cliff overlooking Butterfield Lake. Bring your boat. Shared dock. Boat launch near. No Internet, but great cell service (hotspot). *Not child safe here. We are close to Alexandria Bay, 6 miles, Clayton 15 miles. For additional fees we can provide: 1. An authentic Shore Lunch for your group at the cabin 2. Private tour of the River or Lake. 3. Fishing Charters on the river or on Butterfield Lake rsv req The space This cabin is suitable for 5 adults. 1 additional if smaller, or you could rent the *Twisted Oak Lair. (Outdoor shower, and an outhouse.) $150 S-Th, $175 F-Sat extra per night. Semi primitive camp. Bent Pine Retreat is an open floor plan, but there is a retractable door for privacy in sleeping area. The lake views are fantastic from most every window. 3 Window units for air conditioning. Kitchen is small but efficient. We have a gas grill on site for outdoor cooking. Outside there is a fire pit with benches. Cabin is on a very steep cliff, there are 103 stairs down to the dock on the lake. Deep water and plenty of fish on this beautiful lake. *Cabin is closed yearly from mid October until mid May. Only a 3 season place. *Strict No PETS policy. Inside is allergy free zone. As a private owner we have this right to refuse. Guest access Main cabin and 1 storage shed with propane bbq grill. Shared dock house and dock and shared fire-pit. Only 2 kayaks available, first come first serve. Other things to note We will allow for small events (20 people max) but only pre booked guests can stay overnight. Please discuss prior to booking. *We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels to get you started. You provide for yourself after that. We also generally have a small supply of coffee for use as well as condiments and seasonings for your use.
