The beauty of this dog-friendly property is that it was refurbished in a way to provide guests with the perfect blend of traditional Georgian features and contemporary style. 30 Frenchgate is a dog-friendly holiday home with an enclosed garden, so you don’t need to leave anybody behind! This stylish self-catering accommodation offers a high standard of style and comfort nestled in the most beautiful location. There is a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen, with a fridge freezer and range oven which is equipped with everything you could ever need to cook up a storm. The living room and dining room are adjoining, with high ceilings and bay windows with lovely views out over the garden and the valley beyond. Seat all your ten guests comfortably in the large dining room, and in the adjoining living area cosy in the living room in front of the gas fire in winter. Within the property you will find five generously sized bedrooms, spaced across three floors making it the perfect retreat for up to 10 guests (plus pooches). The five spacious bedrooms are set over three floors. Two bedrooms have large bay windows that look out onto the garden terrace and the valley beyond. The super-king master bedroom and the twin attic bedroom are both en-suite, with a shower over the bath. Arrive to a locally sourced seasonal welcome hamper and a starter pack under the kitchen sink and in the washroom. There is wi-fi throughout the property alongside Smart TV's. This luxury holiday home also includes high-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available within the property. Take a step outside the property and you will find the most relaxing private hot tub alongside an outdoor seating area which overlooks the picturesque landscapes of Richmond over three different levels. The outdoor furniture is ideal for al fresco dining using the gas BBQ provided at the property. On-street parking outside on Frenchgate is free, available on a first come first serve basis.
