Tucked away in the woods on a private 1.5 acres, Oasis on Oak is only 6 minutes from Lake Geneva and its lake activities, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and fun! The space Enjoy a convenient 18 holes of 5-star golf at neighboring Hawk’s View Golf Club or hit the slopes at nearby Grand Geneva/Alpine Valley. The main level consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances, a breakfast bar, large dining room, and a spacious living room with a tiled fireplace. The main level TV area also features a surround sound system that includes the deck! At the far end of the main floor sits the master, housing a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Moving upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms. Bedroom one (king bed) includes another en-suite bath with a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom two features a queen, with a twin bunk in the final bedroom that is perfect for younger travelers. Plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations for your family or guests! Rounding out this upscale vacation home is the fully finished lower level. The space comes complete with an additional TV area, large leather pit sofa, and ping pong table. Great space to put the kids at the end of the day! The basement also has a guest-accessible laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. **Hot Tub is open year round **Pool is closed between September 22nd 2025 - May 25th 2026** Other things to note Time spent in the luxurious outdoor area is sure to be the highlight of your stay. The expansive wood deck with a pergola area is located right off the dining room, including an array of patio furniture, a gas grill, hot tub, and a BEAUTIFUL freshwater in-ground pool. A true sanctuary to cook on the grill, enjoy a swim, or relax in the hot tub. On those cooler nights, gather around the large brick outdoor fireplace and make memories for years to come. We are thrilled to bring this deluxe home to the Lake Geneva market, as it has truly been crafted with rest and relaxation in mind. Guests will be required to sign a separate addendum to our guest rental agreement pertaining to pool/hot tub usage if using these amenities. The private pool is located adjacent to and under trees, providing a serene and partially shaded environment. With this location comes some occasional leaves and debris. The pool is regularly serviced and vacuumed once per week by a professional maintenance company. **Pool is closed between September 4th 2024 - May 25th 2025** Before you check out we ask that you please place your pool/hot tub towels in the washer and start a cycle. 2) Please note that furniture on deck area has been updated since exterior photos were taken. Exact layout may vary. 3) For the safety of our guests, there are Ring cameras at the front door, the sliding glass door off the dining room, and by the garage door. 4) Home is equipped with WiFi-enabled smart TV's (no cable). 5) No bachelor/bachelorette or prom groups permitted. 6) After your reservation is confirmed through AirBNB, we will need your email address to send a copy of our guest rental agreement. 7) Guest use of bunk bed at your own risk 8) If day guests exceed homes maximum occupancy of 8, prior approval must be granted **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. Please note that the maximum occupancy for Oasis on Oak is strictly 8 people. This includes babies and toddlers.
