Nestled on a quiet 3-acre property, you'll enjoy privacy, nature, and easy access to trails, breweries, and skiing. The space includes a king bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a pet-friendly welcome—plus a large shared backyard perfect for relaxing after your adventures. The space This cozy guest suite offers a warm country feel in a quiet location, perfect for a weekend retreat or extended stay. Set on a peaceful dead-end road, you're steps from nature and just a short drive to local gems like Burlington, the Champlain Islands, and several top ski resorts. Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed, a smart TV for streaming your favorites, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a convection microwave, toaster oven/air fryer combo, and coffee essentials. While there's no full oven, most meals can be easily prepared with the provided appliances. Please just give them a quick clean after use. Guests have their own entrance, access to the spacious shared backyard, and private parking. There’s radiant floor heating in cooler months to keep things cozy. Pet parents—please note that pups might find the floors a bit warm, so a crate or comfy mat is a good idea! We also have a 2-bedroom cottage house nearby, The Lakeview Cottage. Guest access You’ll have private access to the suite via a separate exterior entrance, plus private parking for one vehicle and full use of the large shared backyard. Other things to note Things to Note: This space includes one king-sized bed. Dogs are welcome! Please keep them off the bed. A protective cover is provided (in the brown box on top of the fridge)—feel free to use it. Pets should not be left alone for more than 4 hours and must be on-leash and supervised when outside. Kindly sweep up pet hair and clean up any messes before check-out. Supplies are on the back deck and waste bags are provided. The Airbnb is attached to our home but accessed privately. We run a Plumbing & Heating business on-site, so you may notice minimal traffic from our team on weekday mornings and afternoons. You may also meet our two small dogs. If your pet isn’t social with other animals, we kindly ask you to reconsider bringing them.
