Family friendly holiday home in North Jutland from 2005 of 120 m2 with large covered terrace and playground with swing, play tower and sandbox for the children. Good location with optimal conditions for active and relaxing holidays. The house can accommodate 10 people and is ideally located close to the water, the city and nature. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi. The space This well-designed stone house built in 2005 offers the entire 120m2 property landscaped on 1204m2 of land, surrounded by beautiful nature in quiet surroundings. The house is located at the end of a dead end road, allowing the children to move freely. The house appears bright and warm with white painted water shed walls. There is a wood-burning stove and floor heating everywhere. Well insulated house that holds the heat well and can be used throughout the year. An air to water heat pump provides an extremely inexpensive heating of the house, both utility water and heat. Modern and well furnished house with everything in fixtures. Large living room with large window section which provides an amazing amount of light. 100/100 Mbit fiber broadband and wifi are installed in the house. An effective way to combine vacation and work. The house is installed with a large cable TV package from waoo with both Danish and foreign channels. Fully equipped modern kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, appliances (hot air oven, glass ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher) , toaster, electric mixer, coffee maker and electric kettle. From the kitchen there is access to covered terrace covered with manor stone. The 40m2 large south-facing terrace provides ample apartment to be out and enjoy the heat. There is access to several garden tables and garden chairs, as well as a charcoal grill. Beautiful and well furnished living room with modern and nice furniture combined with dining area and in extension with kitchen. The living room includes TV, DVD, CD and radio with sourround. In the large bright bathroom, a bubbling spa tempts. Through a glass door, there is direct access to the house sauna. In a smaller bathroom, a dip under the shower can also do wonders. The house has 4 bedrooms of which two are with double beds (140 x 200 cm) and two are with bunk beds (adult bunk beds 90 x 200) as well as closet space. The house also has a weekend bed with a mattress, pillow and junior duvet for a child under 3 years old as well as a high chair. The kids can spend a lot of hours playing in the big sandbox, swinging on the swings, or playing in the covered play tower. The play tower consists of a slide, climbing wall, and a steering wheel. The area around Helberskov consists of a unique nature filled with wild animals, such as deer, pheasants, hares, squirrels and a lot of birds. If you're lucky, many of these animals can be seen early in the morning from the window. If you are fishing, this can be enjoyed either from the pier in Helberskov or from the edge of the sea facing the Kattegat. The finest child-friendly sandy beach can be found near the resort town of Øster Hurup well 6km from Helberskov. The house is smoke-free, but it has to be smoked on the covered terrace. In different circumstances, some of the items on the to-do list may still be in the cottage, left behind by the landlord or other guests. As a general rule, it would be a good idea to bring items from this to-do list. In the holiday home there are duvets and pillows, as well as a cot (including duvet, head pillow and soft bed base) for a child under 3 years old. However, final cleaning can be booked with us, the price is 1000 DKK. Linen and towels can be rented for 150 DKK/person.
