Our quaint Britt Cottage (named after Richard and Betty, the couple that owned it for over 34 years) was built on a dream .... so you will leave with fond memories of our famous layout and our beautiful sunroom to boot. If sitting outside is your tranquility, this is a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the out-doors or to go for walks down the gravel roads and to our lake and it's dam. Guest access Lockbox Other things to note We have no garbage service in the mountains so you ARE the garbage man. You are required to take your garbage home with you. AC/Heat, Fully stocked to take care of you, just bring clothes and food.... We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish-washing detergent, laundry detergent and dish soap. We provide coffee filters, linens, bedding, towels and all you need to cook with in the kitchen. Bring your own personal toiletries such as shampoo etc.
