The space Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a grand foyer that leads you into an expansive living area. The 6 bedrooms are individually appointed with luxurious furnishings, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes and Rules: • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 3 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Pets other than dogs are not permitted, max of 60lbs each. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The driveway is uphill and gravel. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • There is an amenity fee included in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. • All linens and towels provided for your stay. • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus taxes. • Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
