Usually doesn't take more than an hour. *** Please Note: If you do not have a verified government id and positive host reviews, we do require a $400 damage deposit to make a reservation. We will send you the money back after our cleaners get done on checkout day. This damage deposit is collected simply to protect the property and ensure it stays in great condition for all future guests. In our experience hosting, we have never had to keep any portion of the damage deposit because our guests have been incredibly respectful of our property. We understand certain ware and tear on a rental property is normal and only collect this deposit to deter parties and major damages. We also will send a rental agreement that we ask you to sign after booking. This is to ensure we are clear on how the property will be used, how long you will stay, etc.
