4-star gîte - 2 km from St Jean Pied de Port, in a green setting you will stay in this single-storey villa of 130 m² composed of a spacious living room with sofa bed/equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms equipped with cupboards, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Enjoy a comfortable 4000 m² garden with an outdoor swimming pool open from June to September, a terrace, a veranda with a foosball table, and a carport with a ping pong table. It is open from June 1 to September 30. Pool safety is only the roller shutter, to be closed after each use. The fireplace is only available from December to February. We do not charge extra for wood. However, after use, it must be cleaned, otherwise, an additional 50 euros will be applied for cleaning. We do not charge a cleaning fee for the listing. We ask that the house be made clean, in the condition in which you found it. We reserve the right to request a cleaning fee of up to 100 euros for your stay if not respected. Check-ins are from 2pm and checkouts are maximum at 10am. Animals are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation, even in the veranda. Garbage cans must be discarded before you leave. The barbecue must be used on the grass, not on the stone and concrete spaces. Charcoal is the responsibility of the tenants, it is not provided. At the end of your stay, it is essential to clean the barbecue. Otherwise, a surcharge will be requested depending on the state of cleanliness. Sanitation is an individual station, only toilet paper and no bleach products.
