4-star gîte - 2 km from St Jean Pied de Port, in a green setting you will stay in this 130 m² single-storey villa composed of a spacious living room with sofa bed/equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms equipped with closets, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Enjoy a comfortable 4000 m² garden with open and heated pool from June to September, terrace, veranda with foosball and a carport with ping pong table. Reversible air conditioning. It is open from June 1 to September 30. The pool safety is only the roller shutter, to be closed after each use. The fireplace is only available from November 1 to March 31. We do not charge extra for wood. On the other hand, after use it must be cleaned, otherwise, an additional 50 euros will be applied for cleaning. We do not charge a cleaning fee for the accommodation. We ask that the house be returned clean, in the condition in which you found it. We reserve the right to request a cleaning fee of up to 100 euros for your stay if this is not respected. Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. Pets are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly forbidden, even on the veranda. Garbage cans must be disposed of before your departure. The barbecue should be used on grass, not on stone and concrete spaces. Charcoal is the responsibility of the tenants, it is not provided. At the end of your stay you must clean the barbecue. Sanitation is an individual station, only toilet paper and no bleach products should be used. In July and August, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum) You are aware of all this information and you must respect it as a whole during your stay.
