Other things to note * Please inquire with us prior to booking for stays greater than 90 days Step into a newly renovated space, featuring a brand new kitchen and a two-story family room. The backyard boasts a serene view of a deep wooded lot- it is very common to see a family of deer passing through! Stay cozy with three fireplaces and indulge in relaxation with a soaking tub in the first-floor master bedroom. Gather around the large fire pit for nighttime s'mores. Drive the golf cart to the beach, lake, or clubhouse for added convenience. Main level highlights: -Spacious dining area -Full-size kitchen -Soaring two-story family room with wrap-around deck and swing -Large television for movies or sports (cable included!) -Private screened-in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails -Spacious master bedroom with king-size bed -------------------------------------------------- Lower Level: Ideal for family fun, this level features four custom bunk beds with full-size mattresses, a ping-pong table, and a full bathroom. Additionally, a spacious family room with a TV provides a great gathering spot for the kids while the adults relax upstairs. -------------------------------------------------- Upper Level: Discover three private bedrooms, two of which share an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom. A full hall bathroom ensures convenience for all guests. -------------------------------------------------- Guest Access: Enjoy full access to the entire house and make the most of Abbey Springs' amenities. Guests are free to utilize one garage bay (with the other being reserved for the golf cart) in addition to four driveway spots, ensuring more than enough parking for your group. -------------------------------------------------- WHAT TO KNOW: *Once your reservation in confirmed through AirBNB, we will need your email address to send you an electronic copy of our guest rental agreement which require to be signed. *On-site parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles. *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost. *Guest Pass Policy: Guest passes are non-transferable. If you wish to switch a pass to a different guest during your stay, the exchange must be completed at the guard house. The original pass must be turned in, and a new pass will be issued to the new guest. *Please note that the Abbey Springs HOA will not grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the legal occupancy of your rental home, which in this case is 12. *Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! *Please note that we require the names of all guests in your party. *Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee. Additional Fees: Early Check-In – $75 (based on availability) Late Check-Out – $75 (based on availability) *Lost and Found – If you left something behind, please contact us. While Geneva Lakes Vacations isn’t responsible for items left after a stay, we’ll do our best to locate and return them. Guests cover shipping. Once located, returns may take up to 4 weeks. *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
