Courtyard House

A stylish grade 2 listed building located in centre of king's Lynn town centre, with a beautiful private courtyard and a free private parking outside the property. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to stay in the heart of King's Lynn with less than a minutes walk from the Kings Lynn Minster and town centre for restaurants and shops. Also only 6 minute walk to the train station/bus station. Less than 30 minute drive to local beaches. The space The staircase is quite steep, this should be considered especially for those less mobile. Guest access There are 2 entrances to the house in the courtyard. These are both owned by us, the 2nd entrance will always be locked during your stay. We keep this door locked to store private personal belongings and we may need access to this during your stay. You will also notice another locked door opposite the toilet. Behind the door is more personal storage. The courtyard is yours to use, please be mindful of other residents after 10:30pm as their bedroom windows look down into it.
