Cozy cottage for the smaller family or couple who need peace and cozy socializing. The house is located in scenic surroundings with a short distance to a lovely beach 🏖️☀️ The house is modern without being flashy. It has several good outdoor rooms and there are tables and chairs, sun loungers, hammock, benches, gas grill and fireplace. If you like to play, there are various board games, badminton, ladder golf, kings' games, etc. There is a rich wildlife in and around the garden where there are often visits by deer, squirrels, hares and owls. The space We hope to welcome you to our cozy cottage ☺️ In the house itself, there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed (120x200), here is plenty of room for two children. From the living room, there is direct access to a lovely covered terrace, where there are chairs, a table and a large gas grill. The living room, dining area and kitchen are a large connected space. Here is a wood-burning stove that in the cold months can heat up the whole house. In addition to the wood stove, the house has a new heat pump that ensures good ventilation and a good indoor climate. In the kitchen, you will find plenty of good quality kitchen equipment, so there is plenty of opportunity to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is a smaller room with shower and toilet. There is also the possibility of a hot shower outdoors. On one of the terraces, you will find a niche where you can rinse yourself after beach trips or have your breakfast in nice hot water. However, only a biodegradable soap may be used here, but it is available in the house ☺️ We recommend the outdoor bath. Also in the winter. The grounds around the house are large and there are several good lounges. Behind the house is a large terrace with sun loungers and a large table and chairs. Here, the evenings can be enjoyed with the string lights on or a fire in the fire pit or the oil lamps. You will also find a campfire area where you can make marshmallows or roast marshmallows. In the house, there are holders for roasting marshmallows. There are plenty of games you can enjoy. There is bar tennis, ladder golf, various balls, elastic, badminton and kings' games. Inside, there are puzzles, Yatzy, cards, ludo, backgammon, Ticket to Ride and many others. The beach is 800-900 meters from the house and it takes about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to walk there. It is a beautiful sandy beach that is very child-friendly. In the summer, you can go to Gudmindrup beach (about 800 meters along the water), where there are lifeguards. Here you will also find the beach bar Haveje, which has great burgers and ice cream cones 🍦☀️ During your stay, you have access to the house's bicycles and there are two bicycle helmets in the house. Back in the house, you also have access to an annex. There is an additional half bed (120 x 200) as well as a daybed that can be turned into a double bed. In the annex, you will also find cushions for the sunbeds and chairs, as well as the bunk for the hammock. Depending on the time of year you visit the house, you will be able to find delicious grapes, apples, strawberries and lots of herbs. All organically grown. We use the house a lot ourselves and you will therefore experience a house that is well taken care of and whose interior is of good quality. Please note that there are three bedrooms in the house. This means that if you are more than three guests, you must be prepared to sleep in the same room. In the house, there is free access to a good Wi-Fi connection. We are excited to welcome guests who want to enjoy the house and the beautiful surroundings and who will take good care of the place so that it remains a nice place to come. Guest access Guests can use the entire house incl. Annex. Other things to note We use the house a lot ourselves and enjoy the tranquility and nature. This means that you as a guest will come to a "home". It is decorated so that you can feel at home, whether you are a guest or an owner.
