Our luxury, 5*award winning, architect designed lodge stands in an edge of village location offering the ideal place for a relaxing 'get away from it all' peaceful escape. Enjoy contemporary comforts -soak in your own hot tub, enjoying the tranquil uninterrupted Lincolnshire countryside, or sit by the ponds and watch the swallows/house martins dip and dive in the spring/summer sky. Wander the wild flower areas or cosy-up on cooler evenings enjoying the expansive starry night sky. The space Buttercup Lodge has under floor heating throughout, a modern log fire, large smart TV with soundbar, Bluetooth speaker and excellent WIFI. A large patio is accessed from the lounge, complete with garden furniture and a private woodfired hot tub. The well equipped kitchen includes Nespresso Coffee Machine, microwave, Neff electric Hide and Slide oven, fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Ropox electric Rise and Fall kitchen worktop and turning circle space. Grab rails and shower seat can easily be added to one wet room if requested. Two spacious bedrooms both with super-king size beds and large ensuite wet rooms. The first bedroom is set up as a super king size bed (twinned with prior request). The second is made up as a twin room (can be king-size with prior request) Guest access Meadow Lodges at Boothby Pagnell comprise two architect designed eco holiday retreats which occupy a peaceful edge of village setting at Boothby Pagnell, South Lincolnshire. The Lodge area has been landscaped to provide privacy and each lodge has their own accessible patio, garden area and wood fired hot tub. They both share the wider grounds which includes a grass paddock, wildlife ponds and wild flower areas. Other things to note As newly built, flexible luxury accommodation for all, accessibility has been built into the lodges. This has resulted in spacious, contemporary, airy lodges for everyone to enjoy, whilst also providing added space with wider doorways; step free access and turning circle space if needed. The bedrooms both have their own large ensuite wet rooms that include heated towel rails and one bathroom with roll-in shower can also be equipped with accessibility support if requested.
