The space You'll be comfortable in this spacious open kitchen and family room, with two bedrooms, a full bath and a dedicated workspace. The front porch is roomy and shaded with chairs and overhead lights. The side yard is for your use, with a picnic area and fire pit at the back. We have 36" doorways and no stairs, perfect for older guests or those with mobility issues. Plenty of parking with a longer driveway to the south side for trailers. And all with a fun country charm. Guest access You'll have access to everything the house has to offer, from the fully stocked kitchen to the extra bedding in the chests and spare towels in the bathroom cupboards. There's a fully stocked coffee and tea station in the kitchen for you to enjoy as well. The smart TV is ready for you to login to your favorite platform. There's a neighbor that lives in the long-term rental on the other side of the building, but you each have your own front doors and no shared spaces so it's never a problem. There are frequently horses in the pasture next door, we just ask that you look and not touch. Other things to note We're conveniently located off Hwy 89 and I-70. We're right next door to a well-kept laundromat. We don't have any close neighbors besides the long-term renters in the other half of the building.
