Central stylish Oktoberfest-Stay

Stylish Oktoberfest room in an individual apartment - great city center location close to Oktoberfest, sightseeing spots & shopping, Königsplatz, main station & Fair-Subway (20 min without changing trains), direct Subway access, comfortable double bed, bathroom, kitchen, free WiFi, elevator, balcony (great view), very close to bakery & supermarkets, restaurants, museums, parks and shopping nearby, good parking, lovingly furnished ambience and much more. Come & enjoy a good time in Munich The space **Dear Oktoberfest, Munich Visitors & Trade Fair Guests!** From time to time, I offer a few nice short-term Munich visitors (for example during Oktoberfest, Christmas market, or trade fair season) the chance to stay at my centrally located and lovingly decorated home base. The double bed (queen bed with 2 mattresses and an ultra-comfortable king-size topper) offers space for 1 to 2 people. The Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest / Tollwood Christmas Market) is very close: 15–20 minutes on foot or just 6 minutes by U-Bahn (only 2 stops). The trade fair grounds can be reached directly from the house by U-Bahn without changing trains in just 20 minutes! Guest access The stylish apartment is equipped with everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hairdryer, ironing set, vacuum cleaner, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in the building…). The entire apartment (hallway, bathroom, kitchen, your bedroom, my room) is 58 m², and your bedroom is about 15 m². The balcony can be accessed directly from your bedroom! Smoking is allowed there. Bathroom, kitchen, and balcony (accessible from both rooms) are usually shared with me (I live in the other room – possibly with +1 during weekends or Oktoberfest time ;) ). (I still have some personal items in the room, so if you’re staying longer, I might occasionally need to pop in – if that’s okay with you). For large amounts of luggage – there is an elevator. For you there will be fresh towels and bed linen (1x per person)! Shower gel and other basics are provided. During your stay We’ll find a suitable way for the check-in. Come and enjoy the city! ;) As is usual in Munich, there is no air conditioning. I look forward to tidy, nice and reliable overnight guests.
