The Pool House

Set within the grounds of our old rectory, The Pool House provides a wonderful retreat for those looking to escape to the country whilst being a short drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth and nearby city of Exeter. The Pool House has been renovated to a high specification providing spacious contemporary accommodation with use of heated outdoor swimming pool (mid May to mid September) during the day, and exclusive use of the courtyard in the evening. We also provide fast WiFi. The space Guests will love the modern comfortable decor in the Pool House. Downstairs offers a great opportunity to drink your morning coffee at the kitchen bar, enjoying the vaulted ceiling and natural light from the bi-folding doors leading straight onto the pool courtyard. A large walk in shower and marble counters complete the newly renovated bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy living area, and bedroom with peaceful views over the church and fields opposite. The comfortable king-size bed is made up with White Company linen. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool courtyard at any time. The pool is also used between 11am and 6pm by guests of the Coach House (also on AirBnb) and ourselves and occasional local friends. The courtyard will be private to you in the evenings. We ask that you do not bring people who are not staying in the property. Other things to note The kitchen area includes a 2 ring induction hob, and combined oven/microwave for cooking
