The space This mansion is the brainchild of Nico Genze, a fashion and interior designer who graduated Magna cum laude from F.I.T in New York. Design an Art villa with the concept that every room has a different design. We wanted to create a space the guests feel that every time they would visit they could dive into a new world just by staying in a new room. The themes are Japanese, pop art on the ground floor, romantic, colonial, Chinese, and the black room or honeymoon suit. Within the villa, we did put great emphasis on art and games. It’s supposed to be a place, where adults can feel like an adult's playground, with Billard, and table tennis just to name a few. The villa rate is subject to a 21% government local tax not included in the price of the reservation, and has to be paid separately through Airbnb after the reservation is confirmed. *Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. * Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests.
