The entire property encompasses 3 bedrooms and 3 baths: The Two bedroom two bath main home provides a King Bed and two twin beds which enjoy a large screened porch overlooking bistro lit backyard complete with fountains, barbecue grill, and fire pit. Tropical flora and fauna with all shell landscape create a truly relaxing beach experience. A One bedroom one bath bungalow with private entrance and mainly outdoor living including shower and bathroom. The bedroom area is air conditioned/heated and enjoys a queen-size bed with OUTDOOR private shower, sink and toilet. The separation from main house offers a private respite for those who enjoy time together and apart. The “guest house” is perfect for the traveler who enjoys a get-a-way from television! Within a short walk are Starbucks,Fresh Market, Saks off 5th Avenue, Big Lots, and Homegoods. A few more blocks bring you the sparkling waters of Naples Pristine Beaches. Should shopping prevail, the upscale Waterside Shops which include Saks Fifth Avenue, Pottery Barn, Gucci, Tiffany’s, and numerous restaurants offer luxury options and convenience.
