The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination. The space Quiet and peaceful, this beautifully renovated cottage at 650 square feet is small but oh so cozy! We have two bedrooms and two full baths, one with a deep tub. The smaller bedroom features a Helix queen size mattress. The larger bedroom features high ceilings, a Helix King size mattress, a closet, small sitting area and a TV. The kitchen, while small, is mighty! We even managed to add a dishwasher. The living area has a 58 inch TV and bookshelves stocked with plenty of reading material as well as games for a rainy day. The house itself overlooks a creek and tree filled lot. Sip your morning coffee (or evening wine) on the deck or grill out and in the evening sit around the fire-pit telling ghost stories and making smores. This house is perfect for a romantic beach getaway, a smaller family vacation or girls weekend! We are a seven minute walk to town and 12 minute walk to beautiful Mears State Park. We also offer 2 bikes for riding to town or the beach. Guest access Guest will have access to all area's of the house. Other things to note Quirks about the house. This house is small 650 square of beautifully designed space. The dining table is a Murphy style and folds up to seat four. The laundry is located at the back of the house with a separate entrance. We have room for two cars to park in the driveway.
