Welcome to our cozy cottage located in a renovated old farmhouse, where authenticity and modern comfort meet. Ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or in a small group, our gîte is the perfect base for relaxing, discovering the region and enjoying a real cocoon of tranquility. The space With a surface area of 55 m2, the accommodation is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 people maximum. 🛏️ 🚿🚽Upstairs A spacious bedroom equipped with a comfortable bed (140 x 190) and a dressing area, adjoining a modern bathroom with shower and hanging toilet. Access is via a miller's staircase: practical and aesthetic, but to be noted for safety, especially with young children or people with reduced mobility. 🍳 Functional kitchen Perfectly equipped, it includes an air fryer, oven/microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, and a Senseo coffee machine (coffee and tea provided). There are also many accessories and utensils to prepare your meals with ease. 🛋️ Living Area A friendly living room with a large convertible corner sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day of discovery. The dining room table offers a pleasant setting for sharing your meals. The decor gently blends old world charm with modern comforts, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 🧺 Convenient services Linens are provided for the duration of your stay. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement, to facilitate your organization during long stays. 🌿 Outside Access to a small terrace with a bench, table and 2 chairs as well as a plancha on request at no extra charge. Our accommodation offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay in Alsace. 🐾 Pets allowed Your furry friends are welcome to share your vacation. Guest access The vacation rental is located in Weitbruch, within a family farmhouse comprising 3 homes.
