Downtown NPR Bungalow

It's about a 7 minute walk to Main Street and 10 to the Riverwalk. This residence is a 1935 bungalow, with many original features. It's quaint in size but has been updated to offer all the true comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items and then some. We also have a lovely coffee/tea bar with a wine fridge and plenty of space to make a few cocktails. Overall the home is very comfortable for 4 adults or a family of 5. The space As this is our primary residence we do not offer closet storage but rather garment racks and dresser. Other than the closets and the garage being unavailable you have free reign of the home. Guest access Guests have access to the home but not the detached garage. Other things to note Instructions for Small Appliances Bunn Coffee Maker: True to it's name it brews hot and fast. With that said if your like us and enjoy drinking a strong full pot of coffee then you'll have to lift the water flap at the 4 cup mark. This will prevent the grounds from overflowing and going into the pot and countertop. Unfortunately this is a bit of a side effect of having such a fast brewing coffee maker. If you don't usually prepare a whole pot or use a scoop of grounds per every 2 cups then you can disregard the fore mentioned information. Espresso Machine: To use the Espresso machine fill the water reservoir and then turn it on. Fill the portafilter with your favorite ground espresso and compact with the tamper before securing the portafilter in place. Then select the single or double shot, make sure to have a glass under the drip. To steam milk select the steam button to the far right and turn the knob on the right side to increase the steaming pressure. Be careful as the steam wand will burn you if you're not careful.
