This charming 1935 bungalow has many original features. It's quaint in size but has been updated to offer all the true comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items as well as a coffee/tea bar with wine fridge. There's a fenced in backyard with a grill, dining space, and playground. Overall the home is very comfortable for 4 adults or a family of 5. The space Located in Downtown New Port Richey, enjoy what this charming 2-bedroom home has to offer. The primary bedroom has a king bed with built in storage and nightstands along with a murphy desk and comfortable chair. This bedroom can serve a dual purpose for remote workers; the murphy desk located under the tv can double as a computer monitor by using an HDMI cable. The secondary bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed along with a chest of drawers and a toy box. The single bathroom is light and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is well appointed and includes a variety of small appliances, spices and cooking oils. Off the kitchen is the dining room which has a coffee, espresso, and tea bar along with a wine fridge. The dining room opens into the living space where you can relax and enjoy a fire on cooler nights. We have a selection of games, a vinyl record player and television for in-home entertainment. There is a screened-in front porch located off the living room. This is a great spot to watch the Chasco Fiesta or Christmas Parade or listen to music when there are live events going on downtown. The fenced in backyard includes a grill, dining space, and playground which connects to the detached garage. Within the garage you'll find laundry and a workout space which we offer to guests whom stay for 7 nights or more. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring, working remote or simply enjoying some downtime, this house creates an excellent home base. This home is our primary residence, with that in mind the closets and garage contain some of our personal effects. Guest access All guest stays have access to the home but the closets are locked with personal possession. We provide garment racks & dresser storage. Also the detached garage which has the laundry is for extended stay guests of 7 nights or more. Other things to note Instructions for Small Appliances: Espresso Machine: To use the Espresso machine fill the water reservoir and then turn it on. Fill the portafilter with your favorite ground espresso and compact with the tamper before securing the portafilter in place. Then select the single or double shot, make sure to have a glass under the drip. To steam milk select the steam button to the far right and turn the knob on the right side to increase the steaming pressure. Be careful as the steam wand will burn you if you're not careful.
