Right across from beach, central location The space This adorable first floor villa is located in the popular community of Mariners Watch (#4276). This is a great location, its just across the parking area from beach access, right across the street from Night Heron Park (playground, kids activities, nature center, basketball and soccer facilities), and just a few blocks away from The Sanctuary hotel (great restaurants, shopping, and spa!). There is a comfortable eat in, fully equipped kitchen. Just off the cozy living room is the screened in porch, the perfect spot to relax after a day on the beach or golf course. The large master bedroom has a queen sized bed and renovated bath, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for guests. There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island No smoking and no pets allowed As our guest you will receive: Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club). If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
