Your Mount Abu dream vacation starts here! The space The Space: Our villa is designed to offer you the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Enjoy the luxury of a private garden, two spacious living rooms, a terrace with a patio and outdoor furniture for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary adventures, high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected, and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE AC IN THE PROPERTY. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKIGN THE VILLA: 1. Please note that the property does not have a swimming pool. 2. Air conditioning is not available in the villa. 3. Parking is located approximately 100 meters away from the property. 4. Non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed inside the villa premises. House Rules and Regulations: Power Cuts: Electricity blackouts are frequent in Goa/Lonavala/Rajasthan. We have an inverter on the property, providing backup for up to 2 hours (depending on usage). The inverter supports lights and fans only. Please note that no monetary compensation will be provided in case of electricity blackouts.. Check-in and Check-out Timings: Check-in: 2 PM & Checkout: 11.00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are not allowed. If a guest fails to check out by 11:00 AM, the management reserves the right to deduct ₹1000 per hour from the security deposit. Security Deposit: A security deposit of ₹5000 for the villas and ₹3000 for the apartments is collected on the time of check in. The guest is responsible for any loss or damage to the property, which may result in additional charges. Maintenance: The failure of electronics such as TV, Geyser, Fridge, Microwave, and Speakers is beyond our control. Our ground team will be notified by guests, and they will engage a technician to fix the issue. Repairs may take 24 to 48 hours. No monetary compensation will be provided in such situations. Payment Policy: 50% advance payment is compulsory to block the dates. Cancellation Policy: Advance Payment is strictly non-refundable. Relocation Policy: Relocation is not permitted once a booking is confirmed. Cancellation/Alteration Policy: Full refund if cancellation is 14 days before the booking date; no refund if within 14 days. Alteration without charges if 14 days before check-in; no alterations within 14 days. Smoking Policy: We prioritise the health and comfort of all guests; therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please enjoy your smoke in the designated outdoor areas provided for your convenience. A penalty of ₹3000 will be charged if smoking is detected inside the property. Extra Guest Charges: For each additional guest beyond the base occupancy, a nominal fee of ₹1000 is applicable. Children aged 6 and above are considered adults. The first 2 kids below 6 stay free, while a charge of ₹500 per child applies for the third and subsequent kids below 6. Visitors Policy: No visitors will be allowed on the property. Only the number of guests specified at check-in, whose IDs have been submitted, are permitted. For any visitor, a charge of ₹1000 per guest per day will apply, even for short visits of 10 minutes. Water Bottle Policy (FOR OUR LONAVALA PROPERTIES ONLY): For each guest, we will provide a complimentary water bottle upon check-in. For extra bottles, guests will be charged ₹15 for a half-liter bottle and ₹25 for a one-liter bottle. Guests can also use the AquaGuard for drinking water free of cost. Cleaning Charges: Our dedicated caretaker ensures daily cleaning for a pristine environment. For any special cleaning requests, an additional charge of ₹500 will be applied, ensuring a customized and hygienic experience. Daily Housekeeping: We offer daily housekeeping services to ensure your comfort. The housekeeping team will be available from 4 PM to 8 PM each day. Our staff will not be available after 8pm. Luggage Storage: To streamline the check-in and check-out process, we regretfully cannot accommodate luggage storage before or after your stay. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan accordingly. Commercial Shoots: For guests interested in commercial shoots/activities, a supplementary fee of INR 10,000 is applied. This ensures the smooth facilitation of professional shoots within our property's picturesque surroundings. Insect Prevention: To guarantee a comfortable stay, kindly keep doors and windows closed to prevent the intrusion of mosquitoes and insects, ensuring an undisturbed and peaceful environment. Event Restrictions: We value the tranquility of our space and request guests to refrain from organising parties or events without prior notification to StayMonkey. A commercial charge will be levied for planned events on the property. Pool Regulations & Timing: In adherence to safety and hygiene standards, smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited within the pool area. Your cooperation ensures a clean and enjoyable pool experience for all guests. For villas with shared/society pools the timings are from 8am to 7pm. For villas with private pools there are no time restrictions. No Illegal Substances: To maintain a secure and lawful environment, the use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within our premises, safeguarding the well-being of all guests. Loss and Found: We prioritise your safety and comfort; however, please note that the establishment is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. We encourage all guests to exercise caution and utilise the provided safety measures during their stay. In the event that our team discovers a lost item, we will promptly inform you and arrange for its return. If you are already en route home and wish to have the item shipped, please note that courier charges will be the responsibility of the guest. While the StayMonkey team will make every effort to assist you in locating any lost items, please understand that we cannot guarantee the recovery of belongings lost during your stay. Linens and Bedsheets: To enhance your comfort, we provide fresh linens and bedsheets, changed every alternate day. This commitment to cleanliness ensures a relaxing and rejuvenating stay for our valued guests. Construction Noise Disclaimer: In the event of nearby construction activity, we regret any inconvenience caused as we cannot control external factors. Please note that we are not liable for any disturbances due to neighbouring construction, as we cannot request them to cease their work.
