Situated on the water's edge of Muddy Creek, this newly renovated log cabin offers a unique, luxury getaway for those seeking a stay immersed in all that nature has to offer. While relaxing on the spacious outdoor deck, you will be treated with a panoramic view of Muddy Creek complete with an occasional sighting of the neighborhood eagle. Perfectly set up for a romantic getaway for two, The Log Cabin on Muddy Creek was created to provide a space for couples to rest and reconnect. The space Measuring in at just 380 square feet, the interior of this newly renovated log cabin still offers all the amenities needed for a restful retreat. The kitchen is outfitted with a Z-Line range and dishwasher along with an iio refrigerator. We provide four different brewing methods for your morning cup of coffee along with freshly roasted coffee beans sourced from a local roaster. The kitchen is equipped with baking pans, Caraway cookware, blender, mixer, and most anything else you need to create your favorite meal. Cozy up in the living room on the down filled loveseat to watch your favorite movie on the Frame TV. An electric fireplace is fitted into the original stone fireplace and can be used as an extra heat source or for aesthetic purposes only. A large assortment of DVD's, books, board games, and records are provided as an invitation to unplug and spend quality time with your loved one. The master suite includes a queen bed with 100% luxury cotton sheets that are made in the southern USA with cotton grown in Alabama. Both a wall mounted fan and a TV/DVD player are located in the master suite as well for your convenience and comfort. The linen curtain separating the master suite from the main living area can be let down for those wanting a bit more privacy. Included in the master bath is a soaking tub with the option to pull the curtain if a shower is preferred. Please note there is not a door separating the bathroom from the master bedroom area. Luxury body care products are provided. Step outside and you will find several different spots to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and sounds of Muddy Creek. Relax under the covered porch area with the gas fire ring to warm yourself if there is a chill in the air. The hot tub is located just steps away and is available year round for your convenience. We invite you to utilize the seasonal outdoor shower to take full advantage of your nature filled stay! Follow the path down to the flagstone patio where a pack of firewood will be provided to have your very own campfire in the Breeo fire ring. Roasting sticks are available for all your hot dog and marshmallow roasting needs. Head down the flight of steps to the water's edge of Muddy Creek where you will find a set of adirondack chairs and a hammock created for two. A stone path leads to the water's edge and you are welcome to enter the creek and explore at your own risk. We recommend bringing river shoes if you choose to explore the creek! Guest access Our log cabin is located on approximately 1 acre that borders Muddy Creek. You are welcome to explore the property but we ask that you stay on the property and respect our neighbors. We have provided easy access to the creek for your convenience. Other things to note Our cabin is designed for no more than two adults. No children allowed. No pets allowed. No parties or events.
