Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space and enjoy the quiet setting and lots of room. The space This is a 1 bedroom option in a 4 bedroom house. If you book this option, you'll have access to the bedroom with a king size bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 covered patios, hot tub and private parking. The maximum occupancy for this option is 2. Guest access The other 3 bedrooms will be locked and not used by anybody else. Other things to note If your needs change and you'd like to bring additional guests, you can contact us prior to the arrival and we can give you access to additional bedrooms for a fee of $50.00 per night. Alternatively, you can book our house with a 2 bedroom option, 3 bedroom option and 4 bedroom option, all available on Airbnb. If you plan to bring a dog with you (1 dog per booking accepted), you must include the dog when booking the reservation and there will be an additional charge of $50.00 per stay. If we find evidence of a pet being on the property (hair on furniture, floors, bedding) and no dog was reported prior to check in, we will charge you after your stay $100 for the dog. This applies to emotional support dogs as well. If you are coming with a service dog, the fee will be waived and in exchange for waiving the fee we will require that you disclose what service the dog performs for the disabled person. The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized for your use. The cleaning fee includes a $60.00 hot tub fee that we pay to the hot tub service company for every use.
