The space BEDROOM: The bedrooms have king and queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of closet space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart Sony TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. It has access to local channels as well. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There are also options for free and paid street paking: - Eyre Street ($3/HR) Near Kingston shops. - Free 2hr parking in Kingston shops open area parking space. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's pool throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas. NOTE: Guests will be required to walk up a stairwell as the building does not have an elevator. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the building’s sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
