Description

Forget your worries in this serene space in the summer capital of the Philippines! Enjoy the cool Baguio City weather alone or with your loved ones! If you would need assistance, the host/s and family are accessible at the adjacent house. The main house was built in 1980 and the family has lived in Baguio ever since. Friends and guests have been hosted in the place for decades, especially from the lowlands (outside Baguio) and abroad. The only shared space with guests would be the parking area. The space Not a huge hotel chain so kindly read the details listed carefully to manage your expectations. The apartment is a one-bedroom with a private bathroom. It is located on the second floor so there is a flight of stairs that is straight from the parking area. There are no elevators. Luggage may be left at the main house with the host/s if you would like to come to the property before the check in time or you would still like to tour in downtown before your ride (bus) leaves Baguio. The apartment is attached to the main house where the host/s and family are living but there are no adjacent walls. No breakfast provided but there are plenty of shops accessible by foot from the apartment. The parking area can accommodate 1 car and/or motorbikes. Motorbike could be parked under a covered space. The parking space is immediately after the gates and the public road. The sleeping spaces are 2 pull-out sofa beds. We suggest a maximum of 4 guests to be comfortable. A closet with hangers and separate drawer cabinet are available. Blankets and pillows are available. Bath towel is limited to 1 per guest and may be requested upon arrival if needed. A dining table and 6 chairs are next to the bigger sofa bed. No baby chair nor crib available. The kitchenette has reusable eating utensils, mini fridge (no freezer), 1 electric kettle, kitchen sink, and 1 fire extinguisher. No stove or microwave is available. No air conditioning. No fan. Baguio is already cool. :) Beside the kitchenette is the door to the private bathroom with toilet and bidet, and shower. Hot shower is available but expect slow water flow. The unit has a separate water tank as the city source only provides water supply twice a week. Toilet paper roll and shampoo bottle are provided in the bathroom. There is no power generator for the apartment. Typhoon season might cause power outage. DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of 500 php cash is required upon arrival from the guest and it will be returned in cash upon checkout, subject to checking of the property. Guest access Parking space and the entire apartment is accessible to guests. Other things to note The apartment is not accessible for guests with limited mobility. There is one flight of stairs with no elevators. No pets. No parties and events allowed. If you arrive at the property with people who were undeclared guests when you rented via Airbnb, additional 500 php is charged per person per day. No breakfast. No full bath amenities are provided. No curfew but kindly close the house gates whenever you leave the apartment.
