Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, visitors can easily explore the 36 streets, visit historical sites such as the Dong Xuan Market ( 1894), the Long Bien Bridge (1897), Hoan Kiem Lake, enjoy : - 1’ walk- food tour at Dong Xuan Alley - 1’ walk to Hang Ma Street ( Traditional job street). - 2’ walk to O Quan Chuong ( Historical sites). - 5’ walk to Ta Hien Street ( Beer Street). - 7’ walk Thang Long puppet theatre - 9’ walk to Hoan Kiem Lake - 15’ walk to St. Joseph’s Cathedrals Guest access * Facilities for guests to use: - 1 beds with size 1.6mx2m and (1 sofa bed size 1.8mx2m ) - 2 one-way air conditioners - House area: 65m2 - Towels, shampoo and shower gel - Hair dryer - Washing machine - Iron - Heater Other things to note 1.LOCATION - There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, laundromats, and salons around our apartment to meet your needs. - The apartment is very close to many historical attractions: Dong Xuan Market (3’ walking); O Quan Chuong (3’ walking); HaNoi Ancient House (7’ walking); Bach Ma temple (6’ walking); Ta Hien Beer Street (7’ walking); Hoan Kiem Lake (14’ walking) - Located in the lively busy old quarter, the apartment is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes so it can't avoid all levels of noise,... but that is the Ha Noi and that is real Old Quarter so we hope you can find this a worthy experience. 2.FACILITIES - For your health and hygiene, we have prepared slippers for you, so please always wear them when indoors. - The toilet and bathroom are combined so it may not be too spacious, but we carefully prepare the necessary toiletries for you. - In a tropical country with high humidity around the year, some common insects (mosquitoes, ants…) appear even when we spray insect repellent regularly. Please understand if you meet these unexpected visitors sometimes. To avoid this, please restrictively open the doors and windows and keep the area clean, especially after meals. We provide you temporary insect spray. -The weather in Hanoi ( from February to April) is very high humidity so it’s affecting the cleanliness, dryness and smell of the air, especially in the Old Quarter. Hope you really share about the City's climate characteristics with us. 3.OTHER THINGS * Our Apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator/lift. Access to the apartment will require climbing stairs. so please keep this in mind if you are traveling with have any knee-related concerns. *We don’t allow unregistered guests coming or staying overnight or extra unless you notice us in advance. *Check-in time: - Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11 at noon. - If you want to check in earlier or later, please inform us in advance. * Please let me know if you need help and recommendations for your trip in Vietnam. * Notice: - Wait at least 10 minutes to make sure there is enough hot water for you. Turn off the water heater when in use to avoid any problems. - Using DRUGS is not allowed in the apartment. - SMOKING is not allowed inside the apartment; however, you can smoke on the terrace. - Parties and music, loud noises are also not allowed in our house. - Please respect my property during your stay and do not cause any damage. - The public gate must be locked after 9PM. Please use the key we provided to unlock when you enter/exit and lock it again afterwards. -Guests can cook but please don’t cook foods that have a strong smell like curries, hotpot, grilled, hot colors that will cause odors in the apartment and will be difficult to clean . Recommend boiled foods or vegetarian foods are best . - Make a Temporary Residence Declaration with the Government while you are staying at our house. It not only ensures the legality of your residence in Vietnam but is also useful in any unexpected situations. - Please provide full name/passport number/country of origin details. Please note that your information will be kept confidential. -Vietnam is a tropical country. Although surround Or our house has regularly insect spray but can not control any time some type of insect such as: Mosquitoes, ants, flys, etc …, So please understand if you meet these unexpected visitors.
