Easy beach access and private pool with nice view. It has one large bedroom (with 2 queen beds) with private bathroom, and a second half bath for visitors in the living room. Nice and equipped kitchen including Coffee Maker, Cookware, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster. One parking slot and visitor’s parking right next door at public pay to park. You can exercise using the deco bike rental racks right out front or go for a walk on the bay front. Plus you can take your own cooler and fill it with plenty of ice directly from the building's ice maker. Right out front are city buses to go to South Beach, Lincoln road, the Miami Convention Center, Bal Harbor, and to just about anywhere in the city. City buses go to and from Miami Airport. Walking distance to the Fontainebleau and Edenroc Hotels. Plenty of restaurants line the streets just minutes away. The Miami Trolley (free rides) stops in front of the building.
