The space **Restricted Room and Cabinet Access:** Guests are strictly prohibited from attempting to unlock or open any doors and cabinets labeled with the sign "DOOR LOCKED." Guest access **Use of Community Facilities:** Access to community facilities such as the club house, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts is reserved exclusively for authorized property owners, as defined by community by-laws. Severe penalties will be imposed in case of unauthorized access during your stay. Other things to note *The house has four bedrooms on the second level. In the fourth bedroom, there is a double-size sofa bed. Additionally, there are two queen-size beds located in separate bedrooms (the second and third bedrooms on the same level as the fourth). Please note that the master bedroom (Bedroom 1, which includes an en-suite bathroom) is reserved by the owner and is not available for guest use. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a sofa and TV, a study room, a dining room, a laundry area, and a half bathroom with a vanity and toilet.
