A cosy refurbished cottage set in the grounds of the historic Grade 2 listed former B&B Wilmot House. A stones throw away from the River Trent, a popular fishing destination, Sundown adventure land & historic Lincoln City. We have a great pub, The White Swan & Curry House The Maharaj. We have a well equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, double bedroom, seating area with sofa, table & chair.’s, Wi-Fi enabled TV & good Wi-Fi speed. On site parking, exclusive garden and PV Electric Car Charging 30p KW The space A lovely open plan fully working kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, hobs, sitting room area with TV, sofa, table and chair’s, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet and heated towel rail. All new and modern. Bedroom has a double bed, brand new memory foam mattress (Oct 23), 2 bedside tables with chest of draws, mirror, wardrobe and chair. Cottage has radiators in the living room and bedroom for colder days and a selection of board games and cards to use and play. We also have Tea & Coffee jars, sugar and pots of milk. We also have 4 chickens in the courtyard, Barbie, Chickaletta, Chase and Ginger (named by the children !). They all lay most days so let us know if you would like fresh Chicken eggs. The cottage sits at the back of a large courtyard and is completely independent from the house and connected by a large archway. We have built an exclusive garden for your use at the front of the cottage complete with astroturf, 2 sun loungers and bistro table and chairs. We have electric charging for your car costing 40p per KW, let us know in advance if you want to charge. Guest access The whole cottage and astroturf garden area. Lots of secure parking outside the cottage. Other things to note Strictly two guests and a child only please.
