Monthly stays get a significant discount over the daily rate. The space The house is about 800 sq. ft. of space, with a living room, large kitchen and one bedroom and bath. There is also a pantry and a large fenced garden for pets and barbecues. Guest access This house is completely yours. Other things to note A tax 11.75% applies if you rent for less than 30 days but NOT if you are on government travel. Let me know if you're on government travel so I can omit these taxes. Park up on the old sidewalk - it gets you off the street and and sidewalk is no longer used.
