The space About this space A perfect nature get away in the midst of the green forest of Anyarpatha, a 10 min walk downhill to the mall, yet serene and picturesque, away from the hustle bustle of the town. The home offers you the luxury of calm and relaxing walks in the woods and greenery, a place in proper nainital yet it gives you the charm of typical hills not as commercial as the town itself. The space Property is in Nainital town above DSB College, near Sherwood college. Easily accessible by road with ample space for parking near the apartment. Corbett is an hour drive, kilbary and pangot are 15 minutes drives, Ranikhet 2 hour drive, Tiffin top peak is an hour trek, beautiful & majestic Governor grounds 10 minute walk and schools like ST. Joseph's College, St. Mary's, Al Saint's Sherwood College are at a walking distance from the place. Apt place to stay for parents whose kids study in these schools and colleges. Entry to the property location can be from kaladungi/ bars pathar road, mallital road as well as Tallital road avoiding the Mall Road. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment including the lawn seating arrangements will be provided for. Guests may have a small gathering / party in the lawn on the ground floor. Fire place can be provided but with an extra charge of 500 a day. A full time maid can be made available with an extra charge of INR 1000 a day The property can accommodate 6 people easily. 2 extra floor matresses can be provide at an extra cost of 700 INR each. In case of heavy snowfall there can be some power outage. The guest should get their own towels due to safety reasons. With stays more than a week, guests will be provides cleaner twice a week. The utensils should be given in the same condition as provided at the time of checkin. Other things to note There are 10-15 steps to the property. December to January are cold months here.. request the guests to be prepared for their trip. The bathrooms have hot water geysers and we have blowers and halogen heaters as well to keep you warm. Guest will be provided hot water bags to keep the beds warm.
