Near Hudson Valley activities such as rock climbing, hiking trails, golfing, vineyards, shops, restaurants, art galleries, great cafés, and more. The space This is a lovely private garden apartment in a family home, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The space is in the back of the house over looking a green lawn leading to a natural preserve. When walking to the back of the house, to your space, walking on the right of the house is suggested IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER DARK. A light will turn on for you. Guest access There is spacious outdoor parking, on the property. A washing machine for your convenience. Just please reach out to host for details. The space is private with your own bathroom and kitchen space. Other things to note Please note parking is on the left side of the green main house and apartment is in the back of the home. There is a motion light on the right of the main house that will turn on if you come in the evening. There is also a security camera at the front of the house for safely. The lawn has a slight incline, It is not steep, but please be mindful of this prior to your arrival. Please feel free to ask if there is something specific you would like. A dehumidifier and air filter is available for your convenience. Let us know the EXACT number of guests who will be staying or if you have a friend visiting overnight. PLEASE indicate this when you make the reservation. Please note this is a NO SMOKING home. Please do not smoke inside the apartment or on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
