Comfy duplex apartment at end of a cul-de-sac. Private entry, open living room/kitchen, tile flooring, 55" Samsung TV/cable, WiFi, gas stove, kitchen has: nonstick cookware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, bakeware, knife set and more, 2 ceiling fans w/lights, leather couch, bedroom set/queen mattress. Plantation shutters throughout. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, GE no fee washer/dryer in unit. 10 minute walk to Oxbow/Downtown. 31 day minimum stay (City of Napa) The space Private entry to the duplex apartment is on the opposite side of the main house entrance. There is a lockbox to access the key to the apartment, when it is convenient for you to arrive. Inside the lockbox are 2 apartment keys, and 1 mailbox key. Parking is available on the street in front of the apartment, or on the gravel driveway next to the main house driveway. The apartment has been furnished with the comfort and quality of items in my own home for your extended stay. It is decorated with a Napa Valley theme. There is a lighted pathway from the street to the entrance that automatically turns on at dusk and turns off at dawn. The apartment is attached to the main house with QuietRock between the walls to reduce sound for privacy (typically done in Bed and Breakfast homes). There is a tankless water heater for an instant and endless supply of hot water. Private locking mailbox prevents mail theft should you choose to receive mail during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: This is a 31 day minimum stay (City of Napa). The host provides a one-time starter supply only of basic consumables, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, detergent, and basic cleaning supplies. These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing and restocking any additional supplies needed after the initial set is used. No pets are allowed in the apartment. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in the apartment. Violation will result in additional cleaning fees. Maximum of 2 adults
